Campaign Finance Reports
IDIS 3.0 automatically generates all campaign finance reports and notifies the user
in real time when a report is due. Reports are located in the Reports Mode 
Reports Due Now,
Future Reports and Previously Filed Reports.
Your computer's date and time settings must be accurate to file campaign finance reports.
Reports Due Now
Future Reports
Previously Filed Reports
Reports Due Now
Reports Due Now lists the reports that are due to the State Board of Elections. The current reporting period is shown at the bottom of the screen.
Viewing Reports Due Now
1. Click the Reports icon 
.
2. The �Report List� window appears.
3. In the �Reports List� window click the Reports Due Now icon 
.
4. The report list is displayed.
Future Reports Due
Future Reports lists the campaign disclosure report types, reporting periods, and filing periods that will be due at a future date.
Viewing Future Reports
1. Click the Reports icon .
2. The �Reports Due Now� page appears.
3. On the left side of the page, click on the Future Reports Due icon 
.
4. The upcoming due reports are displayed on the page.
Previously Filed Reports
Previously Filed Reports lists all campaign disclosure reports the committee has filed electronically with the State Board of Elections with IDIS v 3.0 and v 2.0.
Viewing Previously Filed Reports
1. Click the Reports icon located at the top right of the page .
2. The �Reports Due Now� page appears.
3. On the left side of the page, click on the Previously Filed Reports icon 
.
4. All previously filed reports are displayed on the page.
